The longtime Club at Rolling Hills member built the club’s junior golf program into a powerhouse, attracted the LPGA’s National Jewish Hospital Open and actively contributed to the club’s foundation, which has raised millions of dollars for worthy Jefferson County charities. Billings and his wife Judy also donated generously to the Colorado Golf Hall of Fame. He passed away in early 2025 at the age of 89.
